Spring is sprung
Spring is a time for renewal and growth.
In the first part we will move the body in a way that is energizing, fluid and explorative. This doesn’t mean fast and furious, it means delving deep into what your body needs at this time.
After the tea break, we will do 40mins of relaxation and breathing which will integrate and restore the body whilst stimulating the vagus nerve.
