Aimed at those who would like more time than a regular pilates class allows to open the ribs, diaphragm and belly.
Looks at what holds us back, whether it is the sequencing of the movements or the isolation of the belly breath to the rib breath. When the breath moves freely you will be able to get the most out of the exercises.
