Sophy will be running a 2 day Pilates workshop at Duncton Mill in the beautiful South Downs.

Duncton is a tranquil place with walks onto the Downs direct from the Mill. The weekend includes 2 nights shared luxury accommodation and 3 meals a day
There will be two classes a day, with optional guided relaxation / meditation, leaving time to use the heated outdoor pool, enjoy a massage, or explore the delightful surroundings. The in-house chef places an emphasis on local, seasonal organic produce creating delicious vegetarian menus. The venue is just over an hour from South London. The nearest station is Pulborough, just a short taxi ride from the Mill.
